For 30-60 minute Show "Masters of Levity"
1. A smooth resilient floor free of splinters, nails, holes, etc., which has been damp mopped prior to any rehearsals and again prior to performance. It must not be heavily waxed or varnished. Stage dimensions to be a minimum of 35 feet wide by 25 feet deep by 16 feet high.
2. Black backdrop or cyclorama with three color wash, black legs to create wing space.
3. Sufficient instruments to frontlight, sidelight, and backlight the entire performance space, including three color cyclorama wash.
4. A two way communication system from the stage managers position to all other tech positions.
5. Quality Audio, 1 vocal mic with straight stand, 1 CD Player into sound board. Stage monitors,(side fills) placed so as not to obscure any audience sight line to the stage.
6. Crossover, easily accessible.
7. Stage crew, including lighting board operator and sound board operator.
8. Fire permit from local fire dept. or Building Supervisor. Artist will provide an outline of safety precautions.
9. Dressing room adequate for 3 performers that are warm, dry, well lit, have chairs, mirrors, costume racks and have showers stocked with soap and towels. Restrooms reserved for artists use shall be fully stocked. Warm up space minimum of 25 x 20 feet wide and 16 feet high.
10. Hospitality: Fruit (organic preferred), fruit juice, water, crackers and other light snacks.
11. Floor plan with section, and inventory list sent to contact person listed above at least 12 days before performance.
12. Overnight accommodations for 5 people to be arranged according to location and schedule.
