Margaret Dumont says of Mary: 'Mary was a nurse in Boston. She
had dark eyes and dark hair When I visited them in the 20s I
remember they always cooked up a storm. Mary had a beautiful
fruit garden, she was the only one on the island I knew that
had pears'. Margaret Dumont has a picture of Mary. Mary never
married.
